The Song from my heart (Chapter three: The decisive turn)
I held up my violin again and played it while no one was around. I was able to play it because of yesterday I knew I would never be lonely again. I was so happy to be able to play it again without any fear of being lonely. It was all thanks to Takeshi. After I finished playing Yuki was waiting for me at the door. He heard me play the violin and said “It’s a beautiful melody” I answered “Thank you” He then continued “What’s your relationship with Takeshi” I turned away and blushed a little “He’s… He’s just a childhood friend”. I told Yuki “I really have to go now” he told me “Please let me walk you home today” I answered “It’s ok I need to go somewhere today” Then ran off. I met up with Takeshi in front of the school door. Before I knew it I fell in love with Takeshi he never said anything like other people that annoys me. He never said he loves me even when I wanted him to say it. I said to him one day when he was in the room listening to me practice the violin. I asked him “Do you love me” He was shocked and said back to me “What do you think?” I told him truthfully “I love you Takeshi” And then he said back to me “I don’t know about it and walked out of the door” I sat on the chair in the room sobbing in tears as I heard those words from him and then saw Yuki running after Takeshi. The next day when I was walking to school I saw Takeshi again but he was with Yuki this time. Yuki said “Takeshi I know you play the piano let’s have a duel who’s better and deserve Yoshino more you heartless bastard” Takeshi replied “What’s your problem” Yuki said in a angry voice “I love Yoshino and I’ll confess to her when I become better than you in piano and she would love me more than you” Takeshi said angrily back “I’ll never lost to the likes of you” and he walked away. Yuki saw me and told me “Yoshino if I’m better than Takeshi in piano would you…. Be my girlfriend” He blushed and looked away. I replied “I’m not so sure who I love anymore” And I walked to my homeroom. I played the violin everyday with a mono tone the melodies won’t even come out. There was no life in my melody. I then walked home. I thought of it on my way home [if I love Yuki he’ll love me back but if I love Takeshi it would be hard on me] then I saw Yuki running after me and told me. Please come see me play the piano tomorrow after school. Then he ran away in the opposite direction. When I went to the choir room I saw Yuki sitting on the piano playing a melody. It was beautiful and calm. Takeshi was there too standing near the back door of the room. Then after the song was over Yuki ran up to me and said “You really came to see me” I saw Takeshi walking out the back door. I said “Of course I came, the melody was beautiful” He blushed a little and said “Thank you”. He then walked me home that day and I saw Takeshi waiting in the front door of the school and said to me. Yoshino “I love you” my heart rushed so fast my face blushed as he said that. I answered him “I’m not sure that I love you anymore because Yuki was so kind to me and…” He shouted to me “I’m sorry about the other day I needed time to think” I said slowly “I’ll choose who I love by playing the melody I created 3 years ago and that will show that I love you.”
